This information is used only to evaluate and respond to an enquiry about acquiring the domain. Processing is based on your request and the consent given when the form is submitted.

Storage and service providers

The website does not maintain a database of enquiries. A submission passes through a privately operated server and is delivered to the domain owner's Gmail inbox using the Gmail API. Google and the server provider may process limited technical data as service providers. Messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, document negotiations or meet applicable legal obligations.

Security and anti-abuse data

Request timing and network address information may be processed briefly in memory to detect spam and rate-limit submissions. Form contents are not written to the website application's logs.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, object to processing, restrict it or withdraw consent. Use the acquisition form and identify the request as a privacy matter. You may also complain to the data-protection authority applicable to you.
